In our version of the story, you’ll see all styles of dance paired with all genres of music. Allow your imagination to take flight as we introduce you to Trinity Performing Art’s reimagined telling of the classic story, The Nutcracker.
Our Story begins at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Stahlbaum as the lavish event of the year, The Stahlbaum Christmas Eve Party commences. The guests of the party happily celebrate and dance the night away.

Allow me to introduce, Clara & her little sisters, the Stahlbaum children. Clara is an imaginative young girl who receives a nutcracker doll for Christmas, which she absolutely adores. She begins to imagine a world where her Nutcracker doll becomes a Prince. In our version of the story, the adorable little sisters, cannot help but fight over the nutcracker doll.

Clara begins to dream, and her living room transforms into a battlefield. Toy soldiers, led by the life-sized Nutcracker, are fighting against an army of mice commanded by the menacing Mouse King.
