Adult Dance Classes

Unlike many other studios, these classes are true “adult only” classes and are limited to dancers ages 18 and up so even as a beginner, you won’t find yourself at the barre next to the 5-year-old from down the street! 

Whether you're new to dance or you danced for years as a child and want to get back out on the floor, we have a program for you.  Get started now with a two-week intro program for only $69.99.   

 Ballet: Build strength, grace, poise, and flexibility in levels from absolute beginner through advanced.  Ballet training provides a strong foundation for all styles of dance.  Learn technique and terminology in a progressive program for adults.

Tap: An upbeat program where your feet become part of the music.

Jazz: Popular music and movements keep you fit and flexible and help develop expression and artistry.

Contemporary: Based in ballet technique, but exploring new directions with fluid, "outside the box" movements.

Hip Hop: This is a fast-paced and high-energy dance style using street and urban dance moves set to hip-hop music.  This style of dance includes breaking, popping, and locking.  This class is fun, and will make you break a sweat!

Musical Theatre: A classic mixture of dancing and acting to well-known musicals.

 Our adult dancers love having the opportunity to perform!  They have the option to participate in Trinity Performing Arts Studio Annual Dance recital and Winter showcase.
